This article sums up my feelings on patents and private ownership in general.

Patents: An Immoral and Inefficient Anachronism | Prosper Australia

I could kiss the lips of the author...then again...some folks have patented their kiss like Kim Kardashian.

The whole article is crap.

It is designed to transfer control of technology from individuals to corporations.

How can you control 311 million potential innovators?

Punish them!

No rewards for thinking, only rewards for "marketing".

Persons that want to do away with property rights are those that want to own individuals.


Corporatist azzholes!

Innovation embarrasses power - many times it threatens power.

Oh, and corporations, as persons, do have egos!
