But the current revisions provide caps for families up to 300% of poverty level...which is around $60-62k. And over 70% of recipients would be families receiving under $42k annually. The $83k is a smokescreen. Bush just does not want to raise taxes on cigarettes.
I just don't see how some people can nickel and dime providing health care to the poor and lower middle class, but then get all indignant when anybody questions the $ 1 trillion going into Iraq.
Bush is the worst President the USA has ever seen, the sad thing is, Mitt Romney and to a lesser extent Giuliani MCcain and Thompson are just like him, and Americans will still come out in droves to support one of them
