Ehm - what the ever-lovin'? Cirrostratus clouds (and contrails) are both suspended ice crystals and both gladly form at 30-40,000 feet. And contrails don't need low humidity, who tells you this stuff? High-altitude exhaust contrails are formed when the air contains supercooled water vapor. You physics teacher never showed you how to make a supersaturated solution crystallize? Same thing with supercooled vapor - once there's a particulate to condense on, crystals form.
She can show you here in the first five minutes, observe the difference.

First sentence, perhaps parafrased: "Once upon a time, clouds were puffy, but now we see streaks and feathers." Not so. Luke Howard defined cirrus clouds as ""parallel, flexuous, or diverging fibres, extensible in any or all direction" in 18-bloody-02.
Seriously - we have watched the sky intently throughout history, even more so since we started sailing, and with the Enlightenment being all the rage, we started properly writing down what we saw. It takes a very special kind of deliberate stupidity to postulate that "this is a new type of cloud!" when meteorologists have looked at that very type of cloud for, oh, two centuries or so.
there is no chemcial spraying into the air for any purpose. Not for weather modification, not to poison citizens. not to change behavior. not to implant chips in our brains so they can make us go postal, not to spread tracking divices on us so "they" know what we are doing.
They are not illuminat-ing us. They are not bilderburger-ing us. The masons are not droping chemical bricks out of planes on our heads.
Let say it this way, there is some weather modification experimentation that has been done (rarely) and quite out in the open.

Chemtrials are not part of that experimentation.
Not sure what "secret plot" you are referencing, however why do you say "rarely"? Everything I found didn't lead me to think that weather modification was rare. It does seem to be lacking transparency and public tracking. This maybe due largely to lack of public awareness. The weather modification council indicated it was tried and true tech since 40's.
As to what experimenting is going on behind closed doors well that would seem a bit hard to discuss. There are supposedly, 5-6500 classified patents. Seems hard to discuss something like that in any detail. The US code I posted related to this seemed fairly clear and rather wide-open however. It did seem there were indications of concern and interest in regard to the military and the Big T, however.
The word "chemtrail" is just an abstract slang. To go on about personal observations about what is coming out of planes thousands of feet in the air seems extremely limited w/o actual chemical analysis.
I don't know about trucks, but ocean liners have been documented as having condensation trails behind them. But I guess you guys would just think they are trying to poison the ocean or some other nonsense.
