These folks trip over themselves to carry water for billionaires. It's so pathetic to see their servitude.

Why was it O.K. for Jack Lew but not Apple?

So when Obama used loopholes to avoid paying taxes you are ok with this?
Do you claim your mortgage? Children? Do you use deductions?

The fact that apple paid 6 billion in taxes or 2.5% of all taxes is astounding. That means apple paid for 1 aircraft carrier or 6 useless stealth bombers or 3 attack subs or Israel's foreign aid.

10 Outrageous Facts About the Income Tax | Cato Institute

Congress frequently holds hearings on tax simplification so members can denounce the tax code’s complexity. Each time, congressional experts and outside think tanks provide useful simplification ideas. Then when the TV cameras are turned off, Congress promptly ignores them and votes for more special interest breaks. The result: The number of pages in the tax code and regulations doubled from 26,300 in 1984 to 54,846 by 2003, according to tax publisher CCH.

The income tax is not an example of a good idea gone bad. It was bad from the beginning, and it just keeps getting worse.
If the search results are accurate, there are over 70,000 pages of tax code now.

Why does it take so many pages of code to gather up a portion of our earnings?.... a complicated tax code gives power and influence to the members of Congress.

Rand Paul is right. If he runs for POTUS and gets the party nomination, he would be a better choice than we've had in a long time.

Demanding people apologize to one of the most profitable corporations for grilling them about avoiding paying taxes is something an idiot would do. I really hope Paul is the GOP nominee in 2016. Beating him will be an even sweeter victory instead of beating some other Republican.

While Apple did not do anything technically illegal, they deserve public scorn..an apology would be absurd.
