Basically evidence suggests both of them were/are somewhat hotheaded IMO. Either could have started the physical fight. Either could have thought they were protecting themselves from the other by doing so. But only one had a gun, so it ended how it ended.
Well never know what exactly happened and what was going through Zimmerman's mind when he shot Trayvon. People are going to believe what they want to believe no matter what anyway.
he a stranger, at night... was in the process of killing the man, this is what is known...not any opinions about how or idea's that have to do with what you think, would be representative of intent...intent has nothing to do with it, he was in the process of killing him in an aggressive unstoppable manner, the one being killed has a right to defend. Those are the facts. Case closed.
when he was trying to defend himself he was shot. Case closed.
So if you invite someone over you can't tell them how to get there? Interesting.
Amazing. RWNJs, the same paranoid lunatics who feel the need to arm themselves to the teeth to protect themselves from the scary government, expect us to believe they would have NO issue with someone following them around at night, by car, for several blocks, as they were walking. Uh huh. Sure. You bet. Their fight-or-fight instincts would probably explode.
Zimmerman caused this mess with his horrible judgement. To act like he's a victim in a tragedy almost totally of his creation, is disgusting.
Your analogies are worthless and an indication of an incapability to estimate anything.
1) A dark place at night outside has nothing to do with a bar with all kinds of people around.
2) His injuries show what was in motion, head slamming against concrete, thats how people get killed, one more slam in half a second could easiliy have been fatal.
3)So...if someone is looking for someone for any reason, and follows around to ask for help or anything at all, have you seen a young toddler for example...your version of society prompts what would be a logical expectation for violence...is that it..?
your idea of community and society is not deserving of any order.
If his head was slamming against concrete, why was Martin killed in the grass away from the concrete? Did Zimmerman move him?
I guess some people haven't figured out this magical invention called GPS or the internet where all you need is an address and it'll give you a full color map with directions straight to the front door.
What are the official Rules of Engagement for Neighborhood Watch?
It doesn't matter because Zimmerman wasn't acting as a neighborhood watch official AND there was no official neighborhood watch chapter in that neighborhood in the first place.
While most people that I know, even the elderly do use GPS and the web, they also understand basic directions like "take a left at the second stop sign, go down three streets and take a right on Sycamore lane".
According to Zimmerman he was returning to his vehicle when he came in contact with Martin, that's a completely plausible scenario which also matches up with his statements and the 911 transcript.
He wasn't near his truck, and he wasn't that far away from it when he said he would go back to it. How did he get side tracked?
If his head was slamming against concrete, why was Martin killed in the grass away from the concrete? Did Zimmerman move him?
Maybe after getting shot, he didn't die right there.
