Well seeing that only a very small percentage of Americans even work in unions today, I think that change has already happening....unless you listen to conservative media where they would want you to believe 75% of Americans are forced to work for unions.

I think rich people often have silly political beliefs based on having an outsized ego and wealth that can shield them from the reality of their beliefs, although Woody Harrelson, at least on the military side of things sounds like a liberal who is very disappointed in President Obama's handling of the military.

And that's why we elect to government office. So people with unrealistic views can make the rules for everyone else.
