If they actually get a warrant... You know like the 4th Amendment dictates.

Report: NSA collecting Verizon customers' telephone records
Posted by Angela Nelson, Boston.com Staff June 5, 2013 08:58 PM

The National Security Administration is collecting telephone records of Verizon customers, according to a report by the U.K.-based The Guardian.
The document shows for the first time that under the Obama administration the communication records of millions of US citizens are being collected indiscriminately and in bulk – regardless of whether they are suspected of any wrongdoing
According to The Guardian, a court order "requires Verizon on an 'ongoing, daily basis' to give the NSA information on all telephone calls in its systems, both within the US and between the US and other countries."
Click here to view the court order, as posted on The Guardian's website. The order does not specify whether the phone records are related to Verizon's landline or wireless businesses, or both.

Let the liberals (fascists) rationalize and condone this one, just like all of the other crimes of Obama.

When you use the PUBLIC network, the rules change.

Let me ask you a question. you are riding down the road minding you OWN business and NOT breaking any laws, and a cop pulls up behind you with his lights and siren on. Do you ignore them and keep on driving because he doesn't have a warrant or do you stop? He looks up your record finds all is OK and let's you go.

The odds of being involved in a terrorist incident are miniscule compared to being subjected to an IRS audit or abusive cop.

I believe a Federal judge recently had a problem with them doing that in Arizona and put a stop to it. The cops do have to have a reason to pull you over and it better be a good one. However, you should probably pull over to find out.
