Plenty of heteros kids are wearing makeup. Or did you think all goths, and emos are raised by homosexuals?

Well it is quite evident how they are raising him. I feel sorry for the kid. He is in for trouble in the future.

According to the school he was on the wrong side of the dress code. I stated that I have my doubts that a dress code actually address's boys wearing make-up but I do not know that as a fact.

You are right. I want all parents not to tout about thier children. Whether the parents are gay or straight or if the kids are gay or straight.

I don't think that you are going to find many boys worrying about being discriminated against by not allowing them to wear makeup. Of course you will always have one or two that will be a problem.
