You may have copies of the Constitution but it's clear you don't understand the words. The courts have "over and over" ruled that no constitutional right is absolute. In addition, the Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that states can pass reasonable regulation of firearms -- that's why sawed-off shotguns are illegal. The 2nd Amendment was never intended nor interpreted by the courts as a right for anyone to own any firearm they desire. If you think I am wrong, go try to buy a bazooka or machine gun.
The problem with your line of thinking is that YOU interpret the 2nd A as an absolute right and any elected official that challenges your belief you think is committing a crime. They aren't. Ironically, while you focus on the 2nd Amendment, you ignore the 1st Amendment.
I don't know what law you imagine that you fear being "disarmed," but if a future law requires background checks at gun shows and the dealer ignores the law, they will be subject to criminal penalties. Or is your legal view that you only have to comply with laws you like?
