They tried to ruin some protesters lives. Luckily there are still many impartial judges in this country.
What does being vegan have to do with anything? The fact that occupy was trying to ruin a system that provides great lives to the middle class is what you should be upset about.

New argument.
Every posting has a different reason, its not my job to figure out what the hell you guys are protesting, its your job to put forward a clear concise message or you're just wasting your time..

They didnt. In fact they did everythign you left wing kooks asked for by giving out unqualified loans, flipping them so more and more loans could be done, passing on to the government the liabilities..

What are you doing to solve the bigger issue?
You know what, you're right. It's not a competition of who's doing more or who cares more..I'm the one that turned it into a pissing contest there so my bad on that.

The point about focused on the things that I can directly impact was a poorly articulated way to say that we need to change things on the ground level, particularly in the absence of a strong movement to affect change. Our Country has systemic issues and a disinterested populace, which is one of the reasons I find the Occupy movement so frustrating. We had change served up to us on a silver platter due to public opinion and rage, and the movement failed to capitalize on it due to all of the reasons I've previously detailed.

So my back and forth with you and others on this thread is intended to ilicit thought about bringing the movement back. The new incarnation, if there ever is one, needs to learn from the mistakes of the previous if it wants to make the kind of impact it's supporters desire. That's all..
