Democrats even did that with Bush in 2000, upset with the controversial election.
Bush is apparently a more skilled politician legislatively, as Bush could get stuff passed through congress when the Democrats controlled one of the houses that the Democrats supposedly didn't like. Obama had to ram things through and make excuses for not getting more passed when his party controlled both houses for 2 whole years.

To answer your first question, i dont know, i have seen no proof.
to respond to your second statement, i have seen nothing to prove that what you are inferring to happened, would you mind providing a link?
You are making a common mistake that many republicans have done, you attribute control to equal filibuster proof and that just inst so. When Republicans require 60 votes to pass any significant legislation then just having control is not enough.
Also, Democrats are more willing to work with the opposition than Republicans are. Republicans are just fine with saying "if we dont get our way, everything can stay the same"
I understand you are partisan, and so am i and many others on this site, but you shouldnt be ok with your party being obstructionist, and you shouldnt use that as an excuse to attack the president either.
