It's always flooding somewhere.

Same can be said for parts of Mo., today.

Would it then be practical to develop the Noro currency?

A new immigration point system for Canada starts in 2012
From your link:

"In the United States, half of the top 50 venture-capital backed companies are founded by immigrants."

And yet, a heck of a lot of U.S. people think the only reason people come here is to mooch.
I tend to think this says more about the people with ^ perception than anything about the immigrants who come here for the same thing as Europeans immigrants did- an opportunity.

Yeah I don't think that Canadians would want this at this point. Canada ranks in the top five in PISA rankings, while US is around 25.

Why would the canucks want to glom onto a failed, centralized educational system?

Not much beyond 35% of the population- of Arab ancestry.

If I recall, a few years back, a Republican running against Reid, in Nevada, got some national attention when she said Dearborn was operating under Sharia Law.

It's the same either way with both sets of "jerks".

There are some nice hiking trails that cross the border. Why not keep them open and free to use? Up in Vermont, one town has the border running nearly through it. What a pain.

Mumsen I agree with you, or at least Americans should have special queue to enter Canada easily. I'm dying to live in Montreal!

It's time to also be able to move and work freely between those two nations without any need to obtain citizenship and green card just like EU nations.

Canada should be like a US State, and USA should be like a Canadian province, yet still different nations.
You are no more peaceful than Sweden and Norway.
