I agree illegals should not be hired. But the alternative is not simply Americans at any price they want. Casual labor (temps), contractors, 3rd party (subcontracting), outsourcing to other nations..all are also available, as they should be.

All increase profits, as they should.

If one is a patriotic American and cares about the nation as a whole they will pay the going fair price for workers and they won't resort to hiring illegal aliens to increase their profits. That's just plain greedy and unlawful. Both outsourcing and illegal immigration are killing jobs for Americans. Am I wrong that you don't care?
