Default Bob is a lawyer.....lawyers are incapable of lying

Ethics, comportment and morality are only required for athletes and opposition politicians so by default Dems like BM are granted a free' get out of jail card'.

Apparently no one sees a connection between ethics and politics such as exist, for example, in the cartoonish reputation of a corrupt NJ.

The wailing about corrupt political deals by the very people who chose these players is the stuff of galactic ignorance. Lobbyists are blamed and big business is charged with buying off legislators. Imagine that! Only the legislators can pass laws and if they are swayed by money or quid pro quo it means their ethics are not up to expectation.

BM has other issues aside from dalliances but he will hold that gerrymandered district for life, bouyed by his biggest supporter, the Trial lawyers Assoc.

Bob said it was an historic day when the first AA USAG was appointed. Bob felt the new USAG would restore the confidence in the DOJ, lost during the last administration. Bob's poor judgement should be a concern as it imapacts his actions in all areas.

Not sure I see the issue, Menendez is a divorced man, she says she was separated from her husband at the time, sounds like they were doing what most separated and divorced people do, date.

Also, this doesn't sound like it was a hidden affair or anything, looks like they were very friendly to each other in public.

Dems put ethics in the fiction section of the library.

Bob Menendez is paying the price for his support of pro-commonwealth politicians like Acevedo Vila.

Moral of the story: don't oppose statehood or the statehooders will destroy you if they find out your having an affair with a married woman who is not married to you.

What is unethical about a divorced person dating a separated person? Separated people do date, and do it openly, and with a divorce rate about 50% things like this do happen.

The sad part, this isn't even an affair.

If she is by law legally married, then it would be an ethics issue.
