My experience in re Medical Examiners is not limited to having dated one at one time. It has been my job in the past to help attorneys find Medical Examiners to hire as experts to review autopsies done by a different Medical Examiner and give a report on reviewing those reports. Also, in my work I have read many autopsy reports by Medical Examiners as well as notes and reports made by investigators who specialize in working for Medical Examiners. I certainly don't have the education of a Medical Examiner, yet I do have a lot of knowledge regarding what types of things they generally testify about and the kinds of opinions they offer.

HOWEVER, my opinion that Trayvon said nothing after he was shot seems to me to be common sense......the bullet went through the large chamber of his heart and his lungs started filling with blood immediately. What on earth would make you think it's realistic to believe Trayvon could say anything after such an "insult" to his heart?? And given that Trayvon knew he was seriously injured, WHY would his last words be something about Zimmerman versus his concern about needing HELP fast?

What I originally said was that I believe the Medical Examiner who did the autopsy on Trayvon will testify as to how quickly Trayvon died from that gunshot wound. Have you never heard of anyone's death death described as "instant"?

The medical professional that he visited the day after the attack hasn't said anything about his injuries being slight. She saw him in person and did a physical exam. She clearly believed that he had a broken nose but because there was no xray she can't say definitively that it was broken. She's spoken about injuries to his head aside from the lacerations which could have been caused by impact with concrete.

Just much less than he claimed.
Many, many people said gz had no injuries. Once the injury photos surfaced, the injuries became self-inflicted or not serious.

He may have limp wristed it as well if he was rushed or if he only used 1 hand from a bad position.

Yes, but she did not document any other visible trauma to his head. All the lumps and bruises were gone by the time she saw him at 11 a.m. the next day. So in less than 15 hours, those lumps had disappeared.

Being asked about bruises that she never saw, from photographs the previous night, that doesn't seem right since she is totally speculating. But they allowed it.

They still would have wanted for him to get an xray before he would be seen. I wonder why he did not get one since it could have helped him prove that his injuries were life threatening

She clearly did not state whether or not she thought he had a broken nose. She noted that the nose was straight, and not deviated.

I'm not saying you're wrong but I've seen my small framed wife fire my similar sized Sig 239 filled with hot hollow point ammo using only her non dominant hand and she had no problem whatsoever controlling it and it's recoil is at least equal to the KelTec if not worse. She didn't hit much but she handled the firearm just fine. I can't imagine a single scenario where a KelTec 9mm could do the damage that GZ has to his head, face and nose given that only a single shot was fired.

Because he knew his injuries were not life-threatening, and at that time he had not been charged...so no worries.
