She also lied to the Prosecution that she skipped TM's funeral because she went to the hospital for "high blood pressure". There is no record she was ever at the hospital - perjury.

I think that is a recent picture of Trayvon. Trayvon may not have been an angel, and what teenage boy is, but that night he was not engaged in any criminal activity. He was on his way home from the store and talking on the phone to a friend.
...until he attacked GZ and attempted to kill him...
Logic is irrelevent here, fatcs are and so far we have no facts that TM jumped GZ.
And you have no facts to say Martin was jumped. What we do have is Zimmerman with injuries. Again, this shouldve never went to trial. Zimmerman was injured, on his back, he defended himself. That is not murder.
The video does not explain the location of TM's body and is at odds with GZ's statement to police (the night before the re-enactment) that he was sucker punched at the T and went down immediately . GZ in his reenactment only moves 1/2 way to where the body was found - in the second yard.
In the photo below north and the "T" are to the right and south is left. This is TM's body, photographed by a neighbor, before police turned him over to attempt CPR. It is where TM died and GZ pushed him off and got on top of him. It is not near the concrete. GZ's flashlight is near TM's head - he didn't drop it when sucker punched at the T but held on through the beating? TM's cell phone is not visible but is south (left) of the body. This indicates that there was some altercation to the south - further away from the T.
Interestingly the phone was photographed (by the police) closed not open -which will generate speculation to support both sides.

Logic says a man with a gun does not "jump" somebody...or even get to that close quarters.
Why?
Because logic says...
1 - the gun can fall on the ground
and
2 - the gun can change possession in that close quarters.
So being that a HAND TO HAND altercation DID occur...LOGIC says that Martin initiated physical aggression. Gun owners respect distance, period.
And I am sure the evidence will prove this logic correct in the end.
