So you would take away one group's freedoms and beliefs to accommodate another one?
How would that take away the freedom to ones beliefs?
Don't believe in drinking on Sunday? Don't.
Don't believe in same sex marriage? Don't have one.
Don't believe in abortion? Don't have one.
No one forces someone to do something just because it is legal.

Well for one, what about the freedom of the unborn to live?

That's not at all how it would be.
Do you seriously believe what you just said?
Religious groups would still be able to live religiously.
Just because something is legal doesn't mean you have to do it.
If liquor could be sold any day of the week religious people could simply still not buy on Sunday.
If gay marriage was legal they could simply not marry someone of the same sex.
Right now religious rules are imposed on me, make the things I want legal and quit imposing on me and they still have the ability to choose to not do it.
Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you had to make it illegal, just simply don't do it.
I hate fat chicks who wear skinny jeans, it makes them look like trolls, do you see me trying to pass a law against them wearing skinny jeans? No, I simply don't look or pay attention.

Someone wearing skinny jeans does not negatively impact another person. There lays the difference.
So remove that body from the other body, and see what happens.
Removing it my abortion is killing it so what are you talking about?
