No congressman addressed anything. The only good that came out of this radio show is the knowledge that it is OK to keep prisoners in 150 degree temperatures because that's the way it is in their home country and the listening stats go up so the radio station can charge more for advertising.
Of course we all know that the CCP is a non profit organization with Zullo as one of its directors. They have no real law enforcement authority other than when supervised properly.
Arpaio's own office has made it clear that Zullo and other posse members are not law enforcement officers.

The investigation began at the direction of the Sheriff to look into the authenticity of the BC as it related to AZ criminal statutes. However, recently they are saying that the Sheriff never promised to file a criminal complaint, with a switch to focusing on taking the documentation to Congress. In the past 21 months, the entire Congress has not been formally approached by the MCSO CCP.
