Publicize the names of the members who don't read the bills they vote on. Let their constituents know, if they still vote them in, then they deserve each other

If a legislator holds an office and fails to faithfully perform his duty, isn't he guilty of criminal misconduct?

I may be mistaken, but voting on bills unread appears to be a dereliction of duty, and should be severely punished.
Well, at least if convicted them, then it could be truthfully said that our representatives had convictions.
