In reality, I think goofy ol' Bernie likes talking that way. If he apologizes for it one more time, someone needs to smack him outta the room. He's such a fake.
Big deal, maybe he doesn't think it sounds like him, he didn't say it was NOT him. This is all you guys have, along with the prosecution. Common sense says it was Zimmerman not Trayvon. Why would Trayvon be screaming as he was assaulting Zimmerman?
Because he wasn't assaulting Zimmerman as he was being pinned down by him. A better question, why would a grown man with a gun, a hot temper and MMA training be screaming in mortal terror during a struggle with a skinny unarmed 17 year old?
He's just pointing out that common sense would tell most people that when someone was watching a person and concerned that that person was a criminal and might get away, when they used those "descriptive" words it certainly indicates more than just a "matter of fact comment"....Do some people believe the jurors are people who just fell off the turnip truck? This woman just keeps digging deeper and deeper.
I think the jurors are smart enough to determine the difference between BDLRs statements in an angry, hatefilled voice, vs Zimmermans, which are in a more commentary/conversational/frustrated tone. Great example to show the jury just what a hate-filled person might sound like. And I think that the jury has heard the tape enough to know that BDLRs "paraphrasing" is not accurate and is deceitful. We'll see.

Just an FYI for those watching on TV. I switched from HLN to CNN, they are doing a much better job without all the interruptions.
