I thought they would get her to talk about name-calling, and why GZ discussed her break even 20 times or more. The prosecution is trying so hard to get Zimmerman on the stand. I believe he's close to saying yes.
Is there going to be any issue with that young mother's admission that she has watched part of the trial?
It seems to me that there is a reason why the witnesses are kept out of the courtroom until it's time to testify and the fact that young woman has watched part of the trial (I suspect she's seen more than she admitted to) could be an issue.
If I were in the scenario that Z described, on the path trying to observe M while talking to dispatch (not saying this is what happened), and had lost sight of the guy I was concerned about, I'd probably transfer my handgun from my IWB holster to a front jacket pocket if wearing one, and have my hand on it. At that point, I'm still "legal", the gun isn't out and menecing.
You do realize that walking around with a gun in plain sight is not menacing. One can do this as long as one has a permit to carry. In fact, one has to do that unless one has a concealed carry permit.

Shall we declare a person guilty just so the mob doesn't riot? What kind of life would we have if we allowed that?
