"Amazing" indeed.

He then aggressively got on top of the patriot and hit him MMA style. Martin displayed a sign of being dangerously feral.

when most people walk through a courtyard or row with windows on each side, they do look in. that does not make the kid guilty of anything.

you are conveniently forgetting the other side of the coin. zimmerman feels he was keeping an eye on things until police arrived. trayvon felt like he was being followed stalked and then confronted by someone he feared.

most people would defend themselves when they were followed by a stranger who gets too close. I am sure george did get a bit of an ass whopping. in comparison trayvon lost his life for walking home, george needed a band aid. huge differnce

Do you have proof of that or are you just making up stuff?

The whole fight was apparently about 40 seconds or less, the part on the sidewalk maybe 10 seconds, from what the witnesses have said. No, I would not shoot someone to death after less than a minute of fighting, knowing people were nearby and that 911 had been called.

They look Credible.
The ONLY people I would (possibly) lie on the stand for - would be my kids.

Take that as you wish.

lets assume for a minute martin was a bad ass, kid. a criminal. any criminal not in jail unarmed and walking though an area to get to his home doesn't deserve to be shot and killed either.

you can't arrest or harass people who are not in the commission of a crime. even bad guys spend hours and hours of each day not doing anything illegal.

hang em' high

He should be disbarred. He could easily get a job at MSNBC.
If in fact that is what Bernie did, how is that any different than the defense attorney cutting off the tape in the middle of the gunshot? Both sides are editing to suit their purposes.

Ouch!

I don't like to think of a veteran medic as someone that would lie on the stand.
