Maybe you're not one of the folks who kept repeating the myth that Serino wanted to arrest gz the night of the killing.

Serino was interviewed as part of the FBI's investigation of the killing. That's when he told the FBI he felt pressured to send charges to the prosecutor.

West arguing, on the Toxicology report, that it is highly relevant for the jury to know TM had THC in his system and had a lighter on his person. He also stated they have testimony to show that the amount could have affected TM in this altercation.

State would lose either way. If they told the jury to disregard Donnolley's testimony, it only serves to remind them of what his testimony was.

There is no link to show he had toxicology done because he didn't. There was no toxicology done on Zimmerman. If there was, you prove it. I can't prove a negative.
