The Republican/conservative obsession with food stamps is hilarious. The entire outlay of food stamps takes up about 2% of the entire US budget. Roughly half of all food stamp recipients are either children or the elderly. Yet the Republicans like to pretend it's all a bunch of lazy moochers receiving them.
