I wonder...other than the gunshot...Martin did not have a scratch on him other than on his knuckles. It really makes you wonder which one of the two initiated the physical confrontation.
It might make you wonder. But Trayvon did Not have injury to his "knuckles", he had a small cut to his left ring finger. I believe in testimony it was stated it could have happened before this altercation or during, no conclusive proof as to either. There were no Bloody or Bruised knuckles on Trayvon, just a tiny little cut on one finger.
There was also testimony that more investigation under the skin would have been needed in order to see if there was damage under the skin. Dead bodies do not bruise.
No it does not. There has to be evidence, simply not believing someone is not evidence; just as someone cannot drag a dead body into a police station, claim they murdered the person, and be charged with that murder without evidence of doing so.
Again, for the thousandth time, i do not see why people keep bringing this us; there is no law stating a person has to obey the dispatcher, Zimmerman did not break any rule, law, regulation or anything by failing to obey the dispatcher.
Also, a strange MO for intending to kill a person; calling the police beforehand about the situation.
I thought it was up to the jury to decide amongst themselves whether a witness is credible or not, and they are able to disregard any testimony they believe to be false. I could be mistaken though, but I couldn't imagine that they are told they have to take whatever a witness says as 100% true unless there is evidence refuting their statement.

Perhaps he hit Zimmerman with an open hand or the heel of his hand(s)?
Im listening how they are commenting about the jury now on my new found channel HLN. They are discussing the all female jury. Some of them seems to think Women can't keep their motions out of it.
The defense slipped up when they allowed a jury of all women to be seated. I'll be surprised if they get an acquittal, the best they can hope for is a hung jury.
I don't believe Zimmerman intended to kill Trayvon, it appears as though he intended to detain him.
Martin resisted, and rightly so, a fight began, Zimmerman began losing the fight, panicked, and shot Martin.
Zimmerman's behavior was reckless and it resulted in a death.
