Oh I know what can happen, be safe people, be cognizant of what is happening around you. Though small, what is happening or happened in Oakland is no joke, not a hoax, and can happen anywhere.

Martin, didn't do anything wrong that evening? Sorry, yes he did. He attacked someone. Had he gone home, this whole discussion would be moot.

I agree, if but for Zimmerman's actions, in following Martin, none of this would have happened, But for Martin's then same is true.

People are bandyng about, Zimmerman is a wannabe cop. Well, Martin was a wannabe thug. He was found with stolen property in his possession in school, had pictures of himself with a gun, talked about violence, and was even told by one of his friends, not to get himself capped, with a round in his chest.

The bottom line here is, Zimmerman will pay for this, the rest of his life, even with a not guilty verdict. Who is going to hire him? He's going to have to watch his back the rest of his life, and live like a paranoid person, just to survive.
911 operator - are you following him?

GZ- Yes sir

911 operator - yeah , we don't need you to do that.

Lost? Outside of those directly involved, nobody won or lost.

This is a discussion forum, I suggest you move on if you don't understand the concept of a discussion forum.

Speaking of his wife...did anyone notice, porky didn't even acknowledge his wife or parents after the verdict? I thought that was pretty odd. He walked past them and out the door; I guess he was hungry again.

when someone is carrying a gun it gives them confidence. They feel powerful. If Zimmerman doesn't have a gun does he follow Martin? Highly unlikely. This is why allowing citizens to carry guns in public is not a good idea. It empowers people and puts them in a situation that can lead to violence.

I heard someone say "well if Martin wouldn't have assaulted and battered Zimmerman he would still be alive." The only evidence that this happened comes from Zimmerman. Zimmerman had just killed someone and had every incentive to create a story that put himself in a positive light. So he was attacked and had to defend himself, so he says.

People are saying that is just not likely that Zimmerman would chase down Martin and then start a fight with him. Well why not? He has the gun. And he is the confidence from the gun. He feels empowered by the gun and "god damnit these *******s, they always get away"

It's possible that Martin got home and then decided to go out looking for Zimmerman. There is no evidence of this. But it's possible. But what's more likely? The guy with the gun who feels empowered starting a fight or the guy without the gun going back into the dark to look for the "creepy cracker" that was following him.

Zimmerman got off. It's over. But OJ got off too. So did Casey Anthony. Their both guilty in the court of public opinion. And Zimmerman will be too. He did an awful thing.

And had he not had a gun, he may be dead.
