That is criminal negligence.
Now why would GZ think that "violence was likely to occur"? According to a huge number of claims of TMs supporters, he's just a sweet kid taking his Skittles for a walk. Why would GZ expect him to be violent? Wouldn't it be racist to assume such a thing?

He said he was "suspicious" because TM was standing in the rain, at night, looking at houses and in windows. I would think that he was "suspicious" in regards to burglaries, not crimes of violence. Not everyone expects a 17 year old to turn around and attack an adult, just for looking at them. And not every 17 year old would do such a thing.

So...again, why would he assume that "violence was likely to occur"? Or perhaps more telling, why would you?

YOu don't get a bloody face, broken nose from someone bashing your head on a side walk, and even if you could, that doesn't mean the wounds were inflicted that way.

But that doesn't matter, because Zimmerman isn't stating he shot him because of that.

Look at the photos. More importantly listen to the tape. The screams went on for about a minute. Do you have any idea how long that is in terms of a beating? Yes, that constitutes a brutal attack.

So if I suspect you of a non violent crime, I'm supposed to assume you are going to get violent?

The people screaming inocent are just as bad as the ones screaming guilty.

Frankly, no one knows what actually happened that night besides GZ, the rest in conjecture, and as is common practice in the American justice system, the state has not even gotten close to prove GZ commited 2nd degree murder or manslaughter without a reasonable doubt.

Following a criminal who is committing a crime is dangerous, and the probability of violence is very high.

Anyone with common sense knows that. If Zimmerman didn't know that, then he is retarded and deserves an acquittal.

So now you're saying that TM was indeed a criminal and was committing a crime? And that GZ should have known that he had a high propensity for violence? What happened to the innocent child mantra that has been going on? It's one or the other...both scenarios can't be true at the same time.

It is. Unless he is straddling you and has beat you head on cement, pummeling you and you don't know when he is going to stop. And if you will survive. There is no one that can say that GZ didn't believe that.

No concussion, no broken nose. I've scene minor fistfights at bars produce more carnage than Z's pics.

Virtually no Zimmerman DNA on Martin's person either. Amazing how Martin was able to savagely beat Zimmerman for a minute without being caked with Z's blood.

You see what you want to see.
