Exactly! The money is going to dry up and if he doesn't pay the attorneys he will then be filing bankruptcy just like CA. Who is going to hire him?
He's got a ton of potential settlements coming to him from the numerous media outlets he's about to sue for defamation of character and slander. NBC alone is going to net him a lot of money to pay some bills.

A Florida Appeals court ruled there is absolutely nothing illegal about lying, concealing or distorting information by a major press organization. The court reversed the $425,000 jury verdict in favor of journalist Jane Akre who charged she was pressured by Fox Television management and lawyers to air what she knew and documented to be false information. The ruling basically declares it is technically not against any law, rule, or regulation to deliberately lie or distort the news on a television broadcast.
Maybe, but you might find that CNN and NBC will just quietly hand him a few million to make the suit go away. Kind of like Zimmerman's HMA did with the Martins.

He might think he has a ton but after the lawyers get thru with the case it'll be reduced to a few ounces. Besides, they can (if they wish) stretch this out for a looong time. His best bet is to accept something from them now, move on.
