I don't understand what's so hard about picking a murder charge. What's the hang up? I guess we just have to wait for the jury interviews.
It can't be the whole missing supposed shotgun thing right? There's zero evidence supporting a shotgun, and the victim is as clean as a whistle. He's a middle class kid with 2 highly educated doting parents and no record. He had an after school job and no trouble at school. He was a freakin Cosby kid. He was Theo Huxtable. Ditto the other kids in the car. The most they had on one is a charge for being out past curfew. Who thinks those kids had shotguns?
I just don't get it, but I'll wait.
I don't get it either, but sadly I've been a witness to this type of thinking many times. I've heard people call our President a thug many times. I guess if the people on Fox say it, it must be true.
This is a good article I read in the Miami Herald.

Davis attacked him and the others pulled the gun up...then you are asking for a confrontation and a pointless one at that...be a little more respectful when in a crowded parking lot...I am...I like my music but not everyone does.
What gun? There was NO gun other than the shooters.
State of Florida is getting nuttier by the minute. I don't even want to visit there anymore.

A twelve person jury consisting of Florida state citizens just found a Florida state citizen guilty of four counts of attempted second degree murder and one count of discharge of a firearm into a vehicle.

What about that do you find nutty?
That they didn't find him guilty of murder since he you know did actually did commit murder?

Well, I do wonder. See below. It would appear to be a no brainer but the Florida jury just couldn't get it together.

The Floridian juror defies belief: they vote to convict on four counts of attempted murder, yet can't reach a verdict for the count where one of those 'attempts' actually succeeded.

How about a link to Fox News calling Obama a thug? Sounds like another clueless Fox whine from the Liberal peanut gallery.
We won't know until a member of the jury decides to speak, but I believe that they could not decide between murder 1 and murder 2. I don't think they were considering a not guilty verdict on that count at all.
Just my opinion. We will know for sure if they give interviews.
Agreed. I think that most of the jury was in favor of Murder 2 and that there were one or more holdouts for Murder 1.
