There was no such court outlined in the Constitution.

This is what the whole liberal/conservative schizm fails to recognize. The Republican/ Democrat "disagreements" are, in reality, just a facade. The end goal of both parties is the same. More power. Bush contined a lot of Clintons government expansion, Obama took what Bush left him and ran with it, this has been going on a long time. The Patriot Act is a boon for Obama. He's inflating it like a balloon, and his followers can blame Bush, keeping the spotlight off him.

If someone actually trusts either party, to have our best interests at heart, they need serious help. Obama is using the doors left open by Bush, and getting the government closer and closer to complete control. And his followers get a thrill up their leg, and blame it all on Bush. But, at the end of the day, all these politicians are on the same page.

Just wait when a {R} president follows in Obama's foot steps and changes laws with EO's. It will be fun to watch the hypocricy.

This entire court is unconstitutional.

Congress needs to put an end to them.
Secret Court, says it all!

The Constitution give congress the power to make such a court so long as it is inferior to the Supreme court. However, it is up to congress to get rid of it.
