concealed carry is best. as to needing a license or not, i would say no with reservations. here in arizona you can carry concealed legally without a license, but each time you buy a firearm you have to go through a background check. however if you get the ccw permit, when you go to buy the firearm you only have to show the permit, that way the seller knows that you have been through the background check, and passed it. i think every state should be the same way.

Open carry is "safer" but society as whole would be worse off. People wouldn't visit here.
