You won't get anyone under 30 to vote GOP (or a very small percentage for sure) unless these types can't learn to keep their mouths shut. Rep. Joe Garcia: Rep. Steve King comments Link does a poor job describing, but it seems we are all polisci junkie types on here, so you likely know what's up. King said something dumb, plain and simple.

Can it be done? Seems like foot in mouth disease runs rampant as the Bachmannization of the Republican party continues.

So, to a Democrat these days, anyone who makes a funny comment about illegal aliens is now a nutcase

Wow You guys have a terminal case of fear mixed in with faux outrage

Don't see ho people under 30 would care except that more immigrants hurt their chances in the crappy job market....... under 30 will vote like they always have.... as MTV tells them

Funny comment? He said for every high achiever here illegally, there are 100 drug mules... the only thing funny about that comment is watching how far into his own butt he had to reach to pull that statistic out.

Okay? So what? if a Dem said something not so nice you would be bending over backward to make excuses for them

The Dems need to grow a thicker skin and stop being so outraged all the time

If Republicans want to woo the voters who consider that a funny comment, have at it. They're all yours. No, really - we insist.

Someone only 12 years older than President Obama is "old".

Since you seem to correlate being old with being dumb and clueless, one has to suppose that you will be the saying the same thing about President Obama in 3 1/2 years, if not now.

By the way - 64 is not old many any stretch of the imagination.

If you are really offended by that, then I respectfully insist you seek help...... learn to laugh a little.... is humor really that dead in America today?
