I was watching a CNN segment on a USC young woman who was raped by her classmate, and the college brushed it off as not rape because the rapist didn't have an orgasm. Now I am sure women when they read about this or watch this segment on CNN are going to have a whole lot to say about this tragic crime against this young woman. What are your thoughts? Is rape not rape just because the rapist didn't have an orgasm?

No one's "thoughts" on rape matter. Rape is a crime. USC campus police f**ked up. They didn't report it to the LAPD. And now there's a federal investigation.

That's good. I can see how a lot of rapists could pull this one. I didn't have an orgasm so it doesn't constitute rape by a court.

Rape with a broom handle is still rape.

Thanks so orgasm isn't necessary in order for rape to fit. I was beginning to think that was a legal term.
