That scenario would only work if he assaulted her for following him, like Martin did to Zimmerman.

What flaws? You've obviously read and contemplated it, or you wouldn't have made that statement, right?

So where are the flaws?

"A person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is attacked in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony."

of course he would or at least she could say he did, and they would believe her (if she was a white girl, of course), whether she lied or not, wouldnt matter, esp with his prior assault history on her, since in FL u dont need any witnesses...

Hardly!

You're advocating boycotting Florida, because it has a certain type of law on the books. Bringing up your failure to address the fact that numerous other states have similar laws, and that you're not calling for the boycott of those states, is most certainly not off topic.

Liberals hate stand your ground laws because they can cause negative consequences to criminals - and liberals love criminals.

Especially since Washington is a liberal state - they are the exception to Harrier's rule above.

Washington even still has an active gallows which they have used twice in the last 21 years.

English only on the forum, Stechkin, per the ToS.

Let me know when you're able to actually comprehend the text of the law in question. That day is clearly not today.

I won't be wasting any more time with you. Have a good evening.
