Shackles? The banks have reported record earnings. They don't seem very shackled.

shorebaby....Apparently you ar not willing to practice what you preach. In an earlier post you suggested that we ask the folks at city what they think of their compensation, yet you yourself have not done so. I bet they're making more than $300K!
