If that man who was arrested had been Jeffrey Dahmer, think of how many lives would have been saved.
The cops actually returned a butt naked teenage boy, running down the street disoriented, and bleeding from the butt, back to Dahmer.
He was an Asian kid (Southeast Asian I think). A Black-American woman called the cops when seeing the kid naked, bleeding from the butt, and distraught in public.
He had escaped from Dahmer. When the cops stopped the boy, asked him questions, Dahmer eventually appeared. Told the cops the boy was his lover, and that he would take him back to his apartment. The cops let Dahmer take him back. Dahmer of course ended up killing the boy.
The cops weren't necessarily gay friendly. Because they were recorded over the radio, after they released the boy, laughing about the whole situation between two gay males.
The police eventually lost their jobs. But somehow the police union eventually got them reinstated on the police force.
They were arranging sexual liaisons in a public park, which is supposed to be a family environment.
There are other places where that can be done, and the law remains on the books.
But why only the targeting of gay men? Like another poster said, why not send hot women to the park to offer to have sodomy with men and then arrest the straight guys after the accept the offer?

Because sex between a man and a woman is considered by the police to be "normal"!
Looks like the East Baton Rouge Sherrifs department has been setting up undercover stings in parks to get gay men to agree to go to a hotel room to hook up.
Wait a minute....where is "sodomy" protected in the constitution?
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
That's the 10th amendment for you lefties out there.
Clearly, I didn't know it was illegal for men to be gay in Louisiana. Talk about a state thinking backwards.
There you go again!
It is NOT illegal to be gay.
