How is a determination done for a potential immigrant's ideology? Are asylees from China or Cuba specifically allowed because it is viewed that they are escaping those regimes? The notion of "voting" may not even come into play, and the notion that a single immigrant could affect certain policies in their home country is a bit of a stretch.

as a matter of fact it is already there. one can not get even a visa if one has been a member of certain political entities.
obviously, nobody CHECKS that, it is just a question, but you can have a revocation of the citizenship if you answer "no" and it can be proven you have lied.
