But as a fully devout Muslim.....it is very important for me to refer to the president by his Islamic
name, Mr. Hussein..........I am sure that is the way he would prefer it.

I don't see how this relates to anything I said. Not all raw food is healthy. But if lettuce is concerning, they shouldn't be eating it. It's not like someone stuffed it down their throats.
No. Tax Wall St. stock turnover on a daily basis. That's a much better plan. Of course, to discourage people from buying pre-processed junk food, tax all food that is not raw, and subsidize all organic food
