"The low information crowd still thinks
we waterboarded prisoners at Gitmo.
That never happened."
I know. That ois why i asked the question.
There are still many people who don't believe waterboarding is torture. I am one of them.
if anyone wants to find out what torture is, read any books on how our enemies, German, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.
Waterboarding doesn't even come close.
Heck, we even do it to our SEALS and other military in training.
How many examples do you need before you admit your wrong, ask Dick Cheney if you don't want to believe the articles. When did the conversation turn to torture by the Japanese and Germans.
The Guantanamo prison shouldn't exist in the first place; its continued existence is a blight on America and a reflection of the depraved character of the American government. You can imagine how I feel about expanding it.
Where do you suggest we put the terrorists? How about building a prison for them in your neighborhood?
There is no connection between Guantanamo and water-boarding interrogation techniques. You can water board (and worse) everywhere. Even if there will be proof that no such things took place at Guantanamo, it still should be closed. My objection to Guantanamo is not because prisoners were allegedly water boarded. When the entire world hears of such place, they ask how the US can do that. America has been most vocal critic of such places, everywhere on the globe for many decades.
Lol so you don't agree with politicians beliefs so they should go into a detention camp?
Technically, Hitler was only a politician.
