It seems like Democrats should work to eliminate these people from their party instead of trying to fix the GOP 24/7. This is your base, these people love Obama, you deal with these left wing nut jobs.

Great -- right after you deal with the Westboro Baptist Church.

See how easy it is to play the game?

Why should I? Nuts are nuts, they're always going to be around. It's not my job to get rid of them.

The founder of the WBC was a civil rights lawyer and former Al Gore fund raiser and supporter. He parted ways with Al when Al changed his anti-gay stances when running for president and protested at the funeral of Gores dad.

Just some background info.

If the allegations turn out to be true (lets see if the judge grants a permanent indictment) then I don't think it's quite fair to equate the Teamsters with one kook and his family given the size of the teamsters organization and high political profile.

I just like to point out the WBC's history because most people don't know much about them.

SCI , based in Houston, operates 16 funeral homes with 59 employees in the greater Chicago land area.
Funeral Directors and drivers are union members. ( Who knew?)
Reportedly, SCI wants to eliminate pensions.
Reportedly, the Teamsters turned down a 9% raise.

The union's primary strategy seems to be to redirect people in need of funeral home services to other local funeral homes. See their web page.

Integrity In Illinois - Home

Some SCI funeral homes have not been able to open due to a lack of staff. Those that have , have been subject of picketing.

So it appears these strikers want their employers to actually go out of business?? Then when they settle the strike I guess they will all get fired? LOL That makes about as much sense as the twinkie boys striking. But don't worry boys the union has your best interests at heart!!

SCI should get out of the funeral business anyhow.

Not really. Liberals are just getting butt hurt because the union thugs that they embrace are once again showing they truly are complete classless jackasses.

Liberals routinely defend and embrace unions. Nevermind making no effort to get rid of them.
