The head of the agency tasked with enforcing ObamaCare said Thursday that he'd rather not get his own health insurance from the system created by the health care overhaul. "I would prefer to stay with the current policy that I'm pleased with rather than go through a change if I don't need to go through that change," said acting IRS chief Danny Werfel, during a House Ways and Means Committee hearing.
WHAT is an "obamacare plan"? I've looked at what my state is doing and it some of the plans are better than my current one, some not. It just looks like more insurance to me.
Poor Danny Werfel - He thinks he would rather "keep his doctor" and "keep his plan", after all - that was the promise back in 2009 and 2010 when then debacle was Crammed through without a single Republican vote. I agree with him, I'd rather keep my plan also, but I can't. Werfel is among the Elite in Washington D.C. ..... he is going to get to "keep his plan", just as all the other Federal Employees will.
Obama has been "working on it" and an announcement is due next week (according to Politico) .... or maybe in the Friday News Dump this week. Laws and ObamaCare are for the "little people" who actually pay the salaries of these Elite - they will get special waivers of some sort. For that it's written into the ObamaCare Law that these guys like Werfel will go on the exchanges.
Poor Danny, shares the same name as the quarterback who was great in college but can barely be a backup in the NFL. At least he's not a Ryan Leif or a Jamarcus Russell.
Wait until the bill comes due and all the folks that were supposed to be paying in are not because they are Obama butt buddy donors and got waivers.
