The friendliest cities in U.S.A for 2013 tend to be in conservative states, and the unfriendliest cities are all in liberal states.

Charleston, S.C. tops the friendliest list(with a lot of the friendly cities located in the "evil" South - evil according to liberals, who are affiliated with the Democratic Party, which defended slavery and opposed the Civil Rights Act) - and the most unfriendly city is Newark, N.J.

Liberals cities are unfriendly while conservative cities are friendly.

Los Angeles made the most unfriendly top 10.

Fortunately, Harrier lives in L.A. County, not the city.

Los Angeles is still a cool city to visit every once in a while.

Harrier can't speak to bad about our hub.

Harrier - L.A. area conservative in a Democratic district(a minority).

I think you need to reread that list. Half of those friendliest cities are liberal cities.

Perhaps so, but 100% of the most unfriendly cities are located in blue states, while most of the friendly cities are located in red states.

Presumably that is why the OP emphasizes the states the cities are in rather than the cities themselves. Couldn't make it fit the conservative agenda otherwise.

The other day you said that consider anything in the metropolitan area to be the city.

10. Branson, Missouri : The Friendliest and Unfriendliest Cities in the U.S. : Condé Nast Traveler

Liberals cities are unfriendly while conservative cities are friendly.

What I don't understand is what does this article have to do with liberals vs conservatives? The article didn't mention anything about political affiliations.

Many of those cities are rather small, so it is rather hard for the average reader to ascertain that half of the cities are in fact liberal.

Perhaps you or that poster can provide some data that demonstrates such a condition.

The fact remains that only three cities in the top ten are in liberal states(Galena, IL, Telluride, CO, and Sonoma, CA), while fully 100% of the most unfriendly cities are located in liberal states.

That post was specifically referencing a unique event that took place in a Chicago suburb.

What Harrier actually said was that when speaking of a nondescript area of a major city's metropolitan area that is outside the major city, the major city name can be used as a substitute for the actual city so that people can have some idea of where an event took place.

Harrier used an example of a nondescript suburb of Los Angeles, but that post was deleted.

You FAIL.
