Chicago requires a permit. Washington DC requires a permit.

Why single out Wisconsin OP ?

Chicago and DC do not fall under the constitutional rights afforded in the WI constitution.

"The right of the people, peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, and to petition their government, or any department thereof, shall never be abridged."
-- Wisconsin State Constitution, Article 1, Section 4

Well to quote a recurring liberal comeback..."If you don't like it then move"

Is it the permit part you don't like or the governor ?

Correct, I don't agree with calling him Hitler, however that's not the focus of the topic.

You can protest but you can't be disruptive... active disruption should require a permit... which then should be denied..
