I don't suppose that while Obama is off on junkets and campaign-style trips with his wife and often his children at the tax payer's expense anyone would think of them in terms of vacations. And I don't suppose a press with an agenda would count Bush's similar trips, with or without his wife and family, as vacations.

If you include all the days he's out campaigning and giving speeches to the vacation figure, it would probably suck up half of his Presidency . With the problems the country is facing, as a general rule he shouldn't be taking any vacation days, and neither should Congress.
