LOL - since you made this comment, you have spent 17 minutes arguing with gizmo, and insulting her while doing so.
Also, she isn't a leftist.
OMG, you finally admitted it (that I'm not a leftist). Yay! And yes, that was an incredible waste of time... but now my dinner is ready, so at least it sped up the wait.
Rosa Parks had it much better than the gays. At least she got a bus ride. If openly gay people (or discovered gay people) tried to ride the bus in Alabama in 1955 they would have been arrested and imprisoned or perhaps involuntary committed to a mental institution (if not lynched).
Firstly, I'd like you to provide the "overwhelming evidence", since there has never been anything like a free market in the modern world.
1) That overwhelming evidence is the widespread discrimination by businesses against blacks and other minorities during the civil rights era.
2) If you allege that there hasn't been a truly free market during modern times, that might give you pause about advocating for it.

Secondly, your arrogance is staggering. Who are you to decree that something is the law and it will never change?
Thanks. With genius comes arrogance.
I decree it's the law because, it is the law. I decree it will never change because unless you can get enough state legislatures to sign on to a constitutional amendment that cancels out the Civil Rights Act, then it will never change.
