Your turn, that is, if you don't opt for the usual lefty skedaddle.

BS, revisionist.

Iraq had WMD's in the 80's, courtesy of the USA

I am sure the thread will provide all the examples you could ask for. Generally, the answers ran the gamut:
  • The Democrats voted in favor of the war, which means everybody should get a free pass.
  • They will be found any minute now.
  • It wasn't WMD, it was WMD programs.
  • It wasn't WMD programs, it was the intention of restarting WMD programs. Eventually.
  • It was never about WMD.
  • If you don't support the President during wartime, you're not much of a patriot.
  • Why do you hate America?
  • We found 500 pre-1991 warheads, one of which gave 2 soldiers a headache. Total vindication.
  • They were all moved to Syria. Because - well, they just were, ok? OK!?
  • We are an empire now, and we create our own reality.

After 1991? A cite would be useful...

If only there had been some sort of inspection team on the ground before the invasion...

p.s. if the chemicals were no longer usable, how did Saddam kill the Kurds with nerve gas?
It's almost as if something happened between 1991 and 2003. The word UNSCOM comes to mind...

The U.S. did not supply Iraq with WMD.

Oh, I forgot one: A surprising amount of Fox News viewers believe that WMD were not only found, but used, during the Iraq war.

Everyone conveiniently forgets three things:

1. The 3rd ID was prohibited from entering Iraq from the north.

2. The truckloads of superheavy duty trucks that went from Iraq to Syria.

3. The patch of Syrian desert that had 24/7 drone surveilance.

And as a sidelight ... isn't it interesting how quickly Syria got its nuke plant (the one the Israeli's destroyed and no one talks about)?

Time for me to go so the libs can make excuses.

Bush isn't a conservative.
Invading Iraq isn't a conservative value.
No reason for conservatives to defend Bush.
Think before you post.

It's my understanding that Bush was after the terrorist group, which had membership in Iraq.
