Retail company Forever 21 sent this letter to all full time/non-management employees today informing them that they will be demoted to part time, they and their families will lose their health and dental benefits, and they will no longer qualify for paid time off. Employees believe the company is punishing them to retaliate against Obamacare.

Forever 21's name is now known as the amount of hours the typical worker receives per week due to Obamacare.

21 hours a week forever.

The Dems should be happy. That many more people lining up for subsidized health insurance at the exchanges now.

Your company has a pattern of long term employee abuse and non-payment of garment workers. Hopefully the letter to employees goes viral and you reap the Karma you so richly deserve.

Your latest move to demote employees to part-time status in order to deprive them of heath care benefits and paid time-off is disgusting. You've lost my future business.

Just in time for Back to School shopping you have just lost my business shopping for my teen daughter. We will shop instead where companies value their employees instead of demoting them and eliminating their healthcare benefits with 2 weeks notice. Shame on you!

Shame on you, Forever 21, for making all full time non managers part time, resulting in them losing their health insurance. Rest assured I will not shop in your stores again, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. For shame.

Mgmt is a different tier than your regular hourly workers.
Or haven't you realized that yet.

Those store managers didn't get any say in what the company did.
That was done at the corporate level.
