Mayor Michael Bloomberg is vowing to appeal a federal judge's ruling that the New York Police Department violated the civil rights of tens of thousands of New Yorkers with its stop-and-frisk policy.

Bloomberg said at a news conference Monday that the judge displayed a "disturbing disregard" for the "good intentions" of police officers.

Seems that his biggest programs all get shot down in the courts.

Acts that are unconstitutional are unconstitutional "good intentions" or not.

What's the difference between that and a county in Arizona? not much IMO.
bring on the constitutionalists now! It's only constitutional when it suits someone's needs or agenda.
