It Really does not matter. If it is an R or D it will be the SOS.

They tell you not to time the market because no one knows what the future will bring. Guessing who'll be the next POTUS runs along the same lines.

I do think that Hillary Clinton-like Democrats (moderate left) is more likely than Joe Biden-like Democrats (hard left), much more so than Chris Christie-like Republicans (moderate right) is more likely than Paul Ryan-like Republicans (hard right). So of the first four choices, I think the hard left choice is easiest to discount, followed by the hard right choice. So I think we'll see another moderate.

I have to agree. Perhaps the OP should add this option to his poll.

The US now sports a corporate government and there is little to no difference between the democrats or republicans except for a lot of lip flapping. Both parties are now the puppets of Wall St and do their bidding.

The lunatics are in charge of the asylum. There will be more and more liberal politicians. However ALL politicians, regardless of party, seem to be incompetent spenders, and our goal should be to REDUCE THE SIZE of the federal government.

I don't care about "political" leanings - I care about leadership that understands they work for the citizens, are responsible and accountable for ALL the citizens and follow our Constitution.

Decent advisors are a big plus. These President's that only listen to their "group think" inner circles are a disaster.

If moderate includes center-right, then I think a moderate Democrat is going to win. Let us not forget that if Hillary wins, she'll almost certainly govern to Obama's right, but still to the left of Bush

Most people are probably going to vote what they want the political leanings of the next president to be. But the question was what do you think they will be, not what you want them to be. What I would like to see is a hard right president, but what I think will actually happen is Hillary Clinton. So my vote is hard left.

Hillary Clinton is far from being a moderate left....

I guess you don't remember what they were in trouble for, and/or how many are still in prison b/c of it?
