Remove JFK from Viet Nam's equation. He was probably killed because he refused to escalate, + he botched the Bay of Pigs. He and Bobby created a lot of internal enemies, and look what happened to the both of them.

Who knows if JFK was or wasn't killed due to political enemies. I admit it is weird JFK didn't want to enter the war and when LBJ replaced him we were in but that is just speculation to think we only went to war with LBJ.

I knew a paratrooper Vietnam vet, he was there BEFORE 1964 when war was declared...
